This site is hosted by Pinnacle Cart. Pinnacle Cart hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Pinnacle Cart automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order's status. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to such systems. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site.
When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. In addition, we may ask that you fill out a survey to assist us in getting to know our customers so that we may better serve you.
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, Bodyboardfactory.com will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by Bodyboardfactory.com, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service. Bodyboardfactory.com reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Bodyboardfactory.com or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.
Returns & Warrantys
Returns
Please Note: We only accept returns if the criteria below are met.
- The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, unused!
- We do not refund if you simply change your mind but are happy to exchange or credit if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
- There are no returns on SALE items or DVD’S.
- If you bought a bodyboard and had us install a leash, returns are not allowed unless the board is not what you ordered.
- If you bought an item of clothing and have worn it or washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing.
- Once an item has been used, worn, washed, ridden or altered it is deemed a second hand used product and will be unable to be returned.
- You may return the product in-person to any Bodyboardfactory.com store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- For online returns you must request the return within 14 days of the purchase or ship date.
- You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us by calling or emailing us to tell us why you are returning the item, and to let us know if you'd like an exchange or store credit.
- Be sure to give us YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER when emailing about a return.
- We must receive the merchandise within 10 days after issuing the RAN. (3 weeks for customers outside the AUSTRALIA).
Wetsuit Returns:
Within 14 days of purchase, exchanges for correct size on wetsuits are absolutely no problem as we want you to be happy from your purchase from Bodyboardfactory.com. However, be sure to try on your new wetsuit product(s) in a clean, dry place, free from pet hair and dirt. Save the box, bags and do not remove the tags just in case you need to exchange the product. Once a wetsuit has been used (gotten wet) we can not accept a return and hope you understand the reasons why. So make sure your wetsuit fits BEFORE you go into the water.
If you are returning an item, you are welcome to:
1. Store credit- We will issue you a store credit that you can use any time in the future. Less any postage charges paid.
2. Exchange– If you wish to exchange a product, contact us in advance either via email or phone to make sure we have what you want in stock. We will charge/credit the difference to your account, and you will be responsible for shipping costs on returning the original item to us, and the shipping on the new item as well.
3. Refund- We do not refund any products unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer. We do not refund if you simply change your mind but are happy to exchange or credit if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase - within 14 days from the purchase date.
You are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns EXCEPT if an item is damaged* or we shipped the wrong item. In that case, you may be asked to ship the item back at your expense via Australia Registered Post, and we will credit your account for the return shipping costs at a maximum of equal to what we paid to ship it to you only. Also, if returning a purchase for a credit or exchange, we ask that you return any free items that were included with the purchase before we can process the credit. If you return an item that had free shipping, we reserve the right to refund your money minus our cost to ship it to you (unless your return is due to damage or an error on our part).
Please allow one to two billing cycles for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
*Damaged Items -If you receive a shipment that is damaged, YOU MUST SAVE THE PACKAGING that the item came in AND REPORT THE DAMAGE TO US WITHIN 24HRS of receiving the item. If you do not, we cannot replace the item! Some items are insured, and we may ask you to return to the Post Office and file a claim on the item. They will need the packaging to file that claim.
Warranty
Most items have manufacturer warrantees. If you believe you have a warranty claim contact us right away and we will contact the manufacturer to determine the best solution to the problem. They reserve the right to repair or replace items covered under warranty. NO bodyboard is covered for creasing, bubbling, popped stringers or misuse. Please check the manufacturers conditions supplied with your bodyboard.
Sale items carry NO WARRANTY and NO REFUNDS!
In some warranty cases, you may still be liable for paying shipping costs to get the product to the manufacturer.
Product quality and value:
Our customers are happy to get great value quality products. Some may have no wrapping on the board, a slight dint, be shop soiled or have slight colour fade on clothing. This doesn't effect the products performance but allows us to be able to provide you with great value quality products. At Bodyboard Factory you get great products at bargain Bodyboard Factory prices.

Warnings
Board sports are inherently dangerous activities and could cause serious injury or death. Use of products on this website require skill and the exercise of caution. Children using these products should be properly supervised by adults. Due to the nature of these products, the seller, distributor or manufacturer assume no responsibility of damage or injury which may be caused by the use of these products whether caused by accident, negligence or otherwise. Through the purchase of use of these products, the purchaser and/or user understands and agrees to assume all responsibility of any damage or injury caused by any use of these products.
Errors and Omissions Excluded
Please be advised that every care is taken to ensure that the products pictured are exactly the same as ordered. However in rare circumstances it may happen that the manufacturer improves the product or alters the colour (e.g. Board colours) prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, should this occur. Please note: all t-shirts, shorts, hoodies, beanies, hats, and boards come in assorted colours, and not necessarily the colour shown - these merely depict the logo or style.
